Yvette's Unique Boutique Returns and Exchange Policy

At Yvette's Unique Boutique, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our returns and exchange policy below:

1. 30-Day Return Policy:


We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Once your return request is approved, you have 14 days to return the items. If the package is returned after 14 days of delivery date, the return is subject to 20% restocking fee. All returns will be processed for store credit only.

2. Final Sale Items:


The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or accepted for store credit:


- Undergarments
- Body Suits
- Swimwear

3. Return Processing Time:


Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days from the receipt of the items at our facility.

4. Exchanges:


We do not offer exchanges at this time. Store credit will be issued for eligible returns, and customers can use the credit to place a new order.

5. Condition of Items:


Returned items must be in unworn condition, with original tags attached and in the original packaging.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages:


Yvette's Unique Boutique is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen during transit. We recommend keeping your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

7. Required Documentation:


All returns must include the order packing slip or return invoice provided by email at the time of purchase. This documentation helps us efficiently process your return.
